We built the Grow and Flow Community to be a safe, supportive space where real people connect without ads, algorithms, or manipulation. We want you to feel welcomed, respected, and free to be yourself—while helping us keep the community healthy for everyone.
1. Who can join
- You must be 18 or older to be a member.
- Membership is paid from the start, but during launch members can choose their own price within the options we offer.
- We process payments securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card details.
2. Respectful conduct
We celebrate diverse voices, but there are some clear lines:
- Not allowed: Vulgar, hateful, or sexually suggestive content; harassment; hate speech; spam; or self-promotion without prior approval.
- You can post text, images, and videos—just keep it safe, respectful, and on-topic.
3. Report abuse
- If you see something that breaks these rules or makes you feel unsafe, you can report it directly through the site.
- Our moderators review all reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your content & our rights
- You own the content you post.
- By posting, you give us permission to display it in the community so members can interact with it.
- We may remove content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
5. Payments
- All memberships are billed through Stripe.
- You agree to provide accurate payment information to Stripe and keep your billing details current.
- Pricing is member-selected during launch, subject to change later.
- No Refunds will be offered, but you may cancel your membership at any time.
6. Privacy
- Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
- We use session cookies and site analytics to make the experience smooth.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know via email or site notification.
